Ruth Moore is an experienced business litigation attorney whose practice focuses on appeals and critical legal issues.  She has a passion for the legal analysis required by appellate cases, but also enjoys working with trial attorneys on critical motions, framing and preserving issues, and posturing cases for appeal.   

Prior to partnering with Marie Williams, Ruth practiced law at an AmLaw 100 firm, an energy law firm, and an entertainment litigation boutique, and ran a solo practice for several years.  She maintains an of-counsel relationship with the Denver litigation firm Richards Carrington, LLC. Ruth additionally serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. 

Ruth has litigated a wide variety of business disputes over the course of her career, including breach of contract, business tort, intellectual property, First Amendment, California anti-SLAPP, and regulatory matters. She also briefs and consults on legal issues in criminal cases through her relationship with Richards Carrington, LLC.
