Client-Centered Pricing

When it comes to pricing our legal services, we take a flexible approach. What that means is that we don't have a single hourly rate; we have a range of rates. We look at the type and complexity of each engagement before setting our rate for that matter. In certain cases working with co-counsel, we may be able to offer significantly discounted rates with guaranteed payment, or even partial contingency arrangements.

Client-centered pricing also means that we do some work on a flat-fee basis. In particular, we can offer full appellate representation for a flat fee. That allows our clients to make a more informed business decision about whether to pursue an appeal.

We are comfortable using a wide variety of creative pricing options because we are committed to increasing access to our judicial system. And in all cases, we offer highly sophisticated experience and we maintain low overhead costs. We believe that you won't find a better value for appellate legal services.
